Manuel and his team were very efficient and easy to work with. I especially like Polo who designed the two gardens plantations for us. Very happy with the results.

EcoPacha does a great job cleaning our yard. They have been dependable and they tend to do their work quickly, which saves us time.

Incredible work ethic and skill! They send a text every month reminding me of their appointment time and are very punctual.

Manuel is the owner (or one of the owners) who I spoke with initially. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Margarita is the office manager and is also very friendly and professional. She’s the one you’ll communicate with for ongoing scheduling and requests for special services outside routine maintenance.

The first time one of their crews came, they had a massive amount of work to do because it had been a long time since we had any work done. They were incredibly fast and the place was hardly recognizable, things looked so good! There was one very minor miscommunication— only worth mentioning because I think it’s helpful to have something small like that go wrong to see how a business responds to feedback. It went really well! The next time, they asked for pictures and descriptions over texts for special requests, and offered to meet with me before the work started to discuss and make sure everyone was on the same page.
Ease of communication is really helpful with these kinds of jobs, They have always had at least 1 person who speaks English and Spanish fluently on the crew, who can translate instructions on the job if needed.
They also charge very reasonable rates. I only manage the property they work on, and I’m going to ask the owner if I can tip them, because they work really hard and deserve it!

I own a large property that requires professional gardening maintenance of which Ecopacha has excelled beyond the scope of any gardening companies I have employed. Their administration is flawless and their team is outstanding. Yes I would definitely recommend Echopacha if you’re looking for beautiful and dependable service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely terrible service. Three person crew and only one person was actually working. They left early and were a no show to finish the work and the company wasn't even aware that the crew was a no show and assumed the work had been completed. I would NOT recommend them.
